Operations and Administration Intern
Force 8 Cellars, a long established wine and spirits company is looking for an intern to help with operations and administration. The position has a combination of tasks and we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and prove themselves in a dynamic work environment. This is a full time internship and could result in a full time position if the intern is a good fit within our company.
Responsibilities will include
? Basic customer service and phone answering; taking and possessing of wine orders, organizing deliveries from warehouse and showroom
? Work with warehouse agents and prepare documents for goods movement into and out of Waigaoqao(WGQ)
? Monitor stock movement and quantities in showroom and our warehouse, and prepare reports reflecting this information
? Follow up on admin projects and maintain good contact with supervisors
Qualifications
? Focused and ready to work and learn
? Interested in gaining experience in product moment and costumes clearances through Waigaoqao
? Good computer skills- Word, Excel, Outlook. Knowledge of design programs such as Photoshop or Illustrator would be seen as an advantage
? Good spoken and written English and a desire to work in a English-Chinese work environment
? Well organized and good at working independently form a clear task list
