工作职位 信贷审批高级经理

岗位职责？
—根据公司整体战略和信贷业务发展要求，以及相关监管政策、法律法规要求，建立并完善相关信贷业务审批制度、操作流程和审批政策；
—领导审批团队，监管权限内的信贷部门日常运作，依据审慎原则，完成信贷业务发展目标；
—逐步建立量化的信贷标准和自动化的审批流程，严格监控审批作业，确保信贷资产的综合风险预防；
—根据市场变化、风险因素等，及时调整和优化信贷风险策略；
—协调催收及风险管理部门，减少坏帐，确保信贷质量；
—紧密配合市场部门，对开拓新客户群体、建立营销渠道及新产品开发等提出专业意见和建议；
—及时向风险总监及公司管理层提供信贷业务监控报告和信贷政策调整的建议。
资格要求
—八年以上银行或其它金融公司相关工作经验
—五年以上信贷审批工作经验，其中审批团队管理经验三年以上
—熟悉银行信贷审批操作要求和流程及相关监管政策
—优秀的团队管理能力和沟通协调技能
—经济、金融、统计等相关专业硕士及以上学历
—熟悉中小企业行业或中小企业信贷业务优先考虑
外语要求 熟练的书面和口头英语
