Job responsibilities: including but not limited to职责（包括但不限于） :

· To assure all the machines in company in a good state, according to the plan established by supervisor

按照主管的建立的计划，定期维护维修，保证机器的良好状态。

· To make the preventive maintenance of company productive equipment, taking care of failures, deviations and reparation

做好公司生产设备维护，解决设备出现的故障和偏差。

· Realize Mechanical maintenance activity and Electrical maintenance activity

实施机械维护活动和电气维护活动

· Collaborate in defining machine preventive maintenance plan

协助建立设备维护计划。

· Repair machinery within minimum time according to the established calendar

按照计划进行设备维护，设备维修和维护时间应当尽量缩短。

· Participate and collaborate in assembly of new installations and machinery

参与新设备和新机器的安装。

· Take care of all the installations, machinery and tools of all the company

保管公司的所有设备、机器和工具。

· Train all the users about maintenance and rational usage of all the machines and installations

培训使用者正确使用和维护机器设备。

· Collect the maintenance data and analyze it to continuously improve the performance of machine, line or facility
收集维修数据，并分析，不断改进设备, 生产线和设施的性能

· Relocate the equipment or tooling
设备或工装的转移

· Report to supervisor about his activities, e.g. new deficiencies detected in the equipment and infrastructure

向主管汇报工作，例如在设备和基础建设方面出现的异常

Job requirements（职位要求）:

· University or College or Professional School

本科, 大专或中专学历

· 3 years of similar experience

3年以上相关工作经验

· Mechanical drawing and AUTOCAD skill is the must

必须掌握机械绘图及AUTOCAD技能

· Familiar with winding machine and resistance welding process is a plus

熟悉绕线机械设备和电阻焊接工艺者优先

· Familiar with PLC is a plus

熟悉PLC者优先考虑
