Job responsibilities: including but not limited to:

· Monitor all the process for quality aim and carry on the essential improvement
持续监控所有质量目标的进展，履行必要的改进措施

· Participate in quality analysis and coordinate with related departments to analysis quality problems and monitor the improving implement and result
参与质量分析, 协调相关部门对质量问题进行分析，并监督改善措施的执行情况和效果

· Prepare the implement inspection specification and implement incoming quality inspection
完成进货检验文件和记录的准备，培训进货检验员

· Manage the IPQC and FQC process, improve the process quality
过程检验和最终检验的管理，改进过程质量

· Train the inspector and evaluate their performance

质量检验员日常培训和工作表现评估

· Test the samples for new raw materials ( Dimension, Physical character, Chemical analysis)

新原材料样品测试（尺寸测试，物理特性测试，化学分析测试）

· Prepare and update the control Plan according to the FLOW CHART and PFMEA.

按照FLOW CHART和PFMEA准备和更新Control Plan

· Review flow chart, FMEA , control plan with other departments

和其它部门部人员一起评审FLOW CHART，FMEA，CONTROL PLAN

· Schedule and implement MSA, evaluate the measurement tool type, and apply the purchasing Requisition)

制定并完成MSA分析，评估测量器具的类型以及进行采购申请

· Implement SPC on production line

实施生产线SPC

· Implement the Initial Process Capability Study and Equipment Capability Study

实施初始过程能力研究和设备能力研究

· Collect the PPAP document and finish the PPAP package

收集PPAP相关资料，完成PPAP文件

· Handle customer complaint and be responsible of 8D process and 5 why report

处理客户投诉，按照8D过程整改并完成5 why报告

· Responsible for quality files and records related products maintenance and control
负责产品相关质量文件和记录的维护和控制

· Be involved in the NPI, design the inspection process

参与新产品导入，设计检验过程

· Other assigned the job responsibility by quality manager

完成质量经理安排的其他工作

Job requirements:

· College above

专科以上

· Good communication skill and good English command to directly communicate with outside people

良好的沟通技巧，有一定的英语能力与外部人员交流

· CET 4 or above

英语四级或以上

· Certified QMS internal auditor for ISO9001 and/or TS16949

ISO9001/TS16949质量管理系统体系内部审核员资格

· More than 3 years' manufacturing experience in product/process quality control

有3年以上制造业生产/过程质量控制经验

· Able to use the caliper, micrometer, Go-no go gage and electronic microscope etc

会使用游标卡尺，千分尺，通止规, 电子显微镜等常用的量具

· Be familiar with Flow chart, FMEA, Control Plan , MSA(R&R), PPAP process

熟悉FLOW CHART，FMEA，CONTROL PLAN，MSA（R&R），PPAP

· Good knowledge of MS-office

一定的MS-office技能。

· Familiar with basic quality control management method

熟悉基本的质量控制管理方法
