职责 Responsibility

- 负责检验机加工件,同时建立测量和检验标准 Responsible for inspection fabrication parts; also setting up gauging and inspection standard

- 负责协调所有零件质量问题 Responsible to coordinate all parts quality issues

- 分析来料质量数据并推动供应商采取有效措施，改善和采取纠正措施，并定期监督和审计供应商质量体系Analysis incoming material quality data push suppliers to take effective measures to improve and take corrective actions. Periodic monitor and audit to vendors’ quality control system

- 准备所有量具的校准计划，并跟进和汇报计划的执行情况Prepare the calibration plan for all gages, and follow up and report the plan implementation

- 与技术部门针对技术问题的沟通与协调 Responsible for the communication & coordination with engineering department to in regards to drawings, process, and other quality requirements

- 协助采购部门履行其他日常合同和订单相应事宜 Support other procurement related routine work

要求 Requirement

- 大学本科以上学历，主修机械或相关工科专业 Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical or related engineering fields

- 三年以上加工零件和工业品品质控制或采购经验，必需能理解图纸和技术文件，以及机械零件的制造工艺 Over 3 years of experience in Quality control or purchasing of fabrication parts and industrial components, understanding of mechanical CAD/Solidworks drawings and manufacture process is a must

- 掌握理解采购及订单相关的基本法律、财务、商务条款, 有供应商管理和认定经验者优先 Understand basic legal, financial and commercial terms of purchasing, with experience of vendor developing/qualification and management is a plus

- 良好的沟通和谈判技能，良好的分析能力 Good communication and negotiation skill is a must, good analytical skills

- 良好外语，熟悉MS办公软件 Good in English and PC skills

- 诚信正直，积极和自我激励的性格 Honest and integrity, positive and self-motivated personality
