MAIN TASK
Technical support of customers and all associated control, electrical, mechanical, activities:
- Customers visiting the troubleshooting of electrical components and controls
- Modifications, software upgrade at the customer site
- Commissioning, training at the customer
- Troubleshooting of mechanical components (eg exchange storage, etc..)
- New assembly including mechanical assembly

Side Quests
- Assistance in creating different programming or documentation for HSW (electrical spare parts requirements, manuals, maintenance records, etc.)
- If necessary technical support by phone, mail, fax
- Updating the entries in the system database
- Supporting our service technicians or foreign missions

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- More than 5 years of Customer service experience as a service technician or installer in the machine-tool company
- Knowledge of PLC software (Siemens 840D / Bosch MTX)
- Mechanical, hydraulic and / or pneumatic skills are an advantage

EDUCATION
- At least bachelor degree of Automation engineer, electronics engineer, electrician or similar basic training with knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic
- Languages: fluent English (oral and written), and German is preferred
- Knowledge of PLC software (Siemens 840D or Bosch MTX).
- MS-Outlook, MS-Word, MS-Excel
