职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Reconcile each customer's discount amount by month and advise the distributor on the tax invoices issuing (by different discount required).
? Check the supporting documents from regional wholesaler relating to the invoice and shipping documents and reconcile with the outlets depletion supporting documents to ensure all the discount paid are in line with the supporting documents.
? Prepare each outlets discount payment sub-ledger and ensure all outstanding discounts payable reflect the reality.
? Periodic communicate with outlets or distributors relating to discount matters or balance.
? Analyze the customer's orders by the customers/territories periodically.
? Other ad hoc analysis relating to customers order and discount information.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must Requirements:
? University degree/above in business, finance or a related discipline
? 3-year and above work experience in customer service function in spirits or Consumer Goods industry and multinational company
? Excellent analytical skills and data sense
? Intermediate to advanced skills in data base interrogation, i.e. Excel application
