Responsibilities:
Your day to day role will be responsible for providing outsourced accounting services to a portfolio of clients. As team leader you will be expected to:
1. Collect & paste all the original voucher from client
2. Process correct booking of journal to accounting software
3. Check and organize binder voucher;
4. Prepare financial statements and related compliance works for statutory purposes
5. Responsible for preparing the monthly financial reports based on PRC GAAP and management reports submitted to HQ of our international clients
6. Prepare tax calculation and filing to the tax bureau
7. Ensure that the accounting services provided are completed on time whilst maintaining a high standard of quality
8. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations and foreign exchange policies
9. Review and analyze variances and interpret results from a management accounting perspective and report to client
10. Develop strong client relationships
11. Perform some ad hoc assignments such as establishing accounting process, control procedures or supporting business advisory projects to our international client.
Qualification
1. Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or related disciplines, and over 4-5years experience in accounting and financial, prefer to bookkeeping agency or trading company;
2. Certificate of Accounting Professional and Medium Level Accountant qualification is a must;
3. Be familiar with whole accounting procedure and tax filling process;
4. Good knowledge of financial software and office;
