职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Leads, supports and documents process hazard analysis using up-to-date methodologies (e. g. risk-based HAZOP) independently inland and abroad;
? Coordinate implementation of corporate policies and standards in process safety;
? Provide process safety related law and regulation consultation;
? Ensure that region remains in compliance with all existing and developing process safety issues;
? Supports projects as well as daily operational business by taking a leadership role in process safety;
? Provides PS trainings and individual coaching for internal and external clients;
? Assists Engineering teams in decision making regarding hazard prevention and advises them on the use of appropriate technical standards, practices, procedures and design guidelines.
Requirements:
? Minimum 5 years of industrial experience with a strong focus on Chemical Process & Plant Safety;
? Bachelor Degree in an appropriate technical discipline(Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics or equivalent)
? Experience in applying process hazard analysis methodologies, risk identification and assessment techniques;
? Has specific expertise in fields such as process and chemical hazard prevention, fire and explosion prevention, functional safety, pressure
? Experience for the new project;
? Excellent communication skills and persuasive power;
? Must be able to speak, read, write English frequently;
? Domestic and international travel required.
