Palm Oil Research and Technical Service Institute of MPOB (PORTSIM)
Oils and Fats Research and Development Officer
岗位职责：
具有独立思考的工作能力，能从事食品研究开发工作，并及时向公司总经理汇报。
了解食品产品品质和加工性能；具有食品产品研究经验；为客户提供优化的食品加工工艺技术支持和服务。
新技术开发进行以下工作：
1. 进行特种食品专用油脂和营养油脂的研发工作；
2. 进行焙烤技术研发工作；
3. 了解油脂产品的加工工艺和性能；
4. 具有良好的写作能力撰写论文和发表论文。
任职资格要求：
学历： 本科，食品科学与食品工程专业，6年以上相关工作经验
或硕士，食品科学与食品工程专业，3年以上相关工作经验
或博士，食品科学与食品工程专业，3年以上相关工作经验
学校和工作背景：食品类专业院校和食品、油脂类研究院及企业
外语水平：英语六级
经验要求：有一年以上相关开发和研究工作经验
能力要求：
在食品工业，油脂工业领域具有多年的产品研究开发经验；熟悉油脂类食品的研发过程；具有良好的沟通能力与团队合作能力。有油脂产品开发经验者优先。

Job Responsibilities:
Work on the R&D in the food product development and report directly to the General Manager. Understanding of food product properties, engineering and quality aspects; Demonstrate expertise in food technology; provide concept on optimization of food processes。
Familiar with new technological development
i. Able to carry out speciality fats and nutritional oils products research and development
ii. Experienced in bakery and confectionary products research and development
iii. Familiar with oils and fats processing technology and product development.
iv. Skill in thesis and report writing for technical publication and journal publication.
Qualification requirements:
Academic or Education Qualifications:
i) Bachelor Degree in Science, Food Science or Food Technology Engineering Degree with more than 6 years of related working experience, or
ii) Masters degree Food Science or Food Engineering professional institutions (with minimum of 3 yrs of related experience), or
iii) PhD. Food Science or Food Engineering professional institutions (with minimum of 3 yrs of related experience)
iv) Familiar with the development process; have good communication skills.
v) English language proficiency: CET Level six or above Conversant in spoken English and written English;
vi) Familiar with the standard Microsoft Office packages;
Responsible and must be able to work in a multidisciplinary team; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
