<B>SCOPE AND SCALE OF ACTIVITIEW </B><B>职责：</B><B></B>
1.Plan and process website and mobile related products project as company business requires.
应公司业务需求，策划和执行网站及移动设备相关产品项目的管理协调工作。
2.Estimate and control project timeline to insure products tested and released on time.
评估和把控项目进度时间，保证相关产品有测试时间余量并及时上线。
3.Find potential problems and uncertainties; coordinate between related staff to ensure work efficiency; solve possible problems arising at work.
发现潜在的问题、不确定因素及假设，协调具体人员在工作中的衔接，解决可能出现的工作冲突。
4.Assist Digital Project Manager in the creation of product presentations and related documentation.
协助数字媒体经理完成相关产品的演示幻灯片、说明文档等。
5.Understudy the Digital Project Manager, to learn team management processes and workflows, and to gain proficiency on usage of proprietary software.
向数字媒体经理学习团队管理、工作流程，并熟练使用专用软件。

<B>POSITION REQUIREMENTS </B><B>任职要求：</B><B></B>
1.Education: Bachelor degree or above.
学历要求：大学本科及以上。
2.Work experience: 2 years or above.
工作经验：二年以上。<A name=_GoBack></A>
3.Language: CET4 or above; good English skills in listening and speaking.
语言要求：大学英语考试四级（CET4）以上，英语听力与口语良好。
4.With experience using website and mobile client; knowledge of possibility and time of technology realization.
有一定的网站及移动客户端使用经验，对于技术实现的难易度及可能所需时间有一定程度的了解。
5.Good communication and coordination skills; maintain good connections between team members.
有良好的沟通和协调能力，能做好各团队人员之间的工作衔接。
6.Capability of total control of project and its timeline; can work efficiently under pressure.
有时间点把控能力和产品项目全局掌控能力，有一定的压力承受能力。
