职位描述
* Summary:
Provide administrative and clerical support to General Manager as needed.
* Responsibilities:
Maintain calendar and schedule of General Manager.
? Answer all incoming telephone calls.
? Retrieve names for mailing lists.
? Provide general information regarding the schedule of events in the building and ticket availability.
? Handle all incoming mail and distribute appropriately.
? Organize and maintain office files.
? Type memos for General Manager.
? Maintain policy and procedure manuals governing the uses of the facility and its adjacent spaces.
? Maintain a positive rapport with promoters providing assistance and information promptly and accurately.
? Maintain files on each event that consists of media information, finance data, staffing arrangements, etc.
? Maintain a positive rapport with guests of the venue.
? Maintain and review insurance certificate to ensure compliance with risk management policies.
F Qualifications:
Fluent in English(listening, speaking, reading and writing)
Be proficient with computers and Microsoft Office programs (such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint). Have excellent typing (minimum of 60 WPM) and general office skills.
Have friendly and outgoing demeanor with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Education and Experience:
? Bachelor degree, Have two years or more secretary and relevant working experience
Can work on holidays or day-off day.
