The main responsibilities of the Receptionist will include the following:
1. Operate switchboard, answers incoming telephone calls with standard phrase and in a professional manner, take messages and transfer it to the proper person timely.
2. Greet visitors with courtesy, serve visitors with tea/water/coffee per requirement, and inform related staff/department about the visiting. Guide the visitors to conference room in a polite manner. Arrange meals for visitors if needed.
3. Receive and sort incoming business mails, inform related receivers by mail in time, maintain the mail-receipt record form. Send outgoing mails and parcel by proper way such as local courier/FedEx/EMS/TNT/normal mail and assist the staff in tracking the status of the outgoing mails if required.
4. Assist in staff's air& train ticket/hotel/taxi booking, checking the stock status of the office supplies and public consumptions such as notebooks, pens, water/coffee bean/tissues and make the order if necessary. Order business card for staff. Assist staff with VISA application.
5. Maintaining reception area in a professional appearance and acting on other administration supporting issue as required.
6. Book office supplies on time.
7. Other work as assigned.
Main Requirements:
1. College degree or above
2. Good coordinating and organizing skill
3. Good command of English and Mandarin
4. Good telephone manner and communication skill
5. PC skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
6. Have good service attitude
7. Problem solving skills
8. Receptionist experience is a plus
