Major Responsibilities:

Execute specified sourcing of new products to support sourcing manager

Obtaining of the product quotation from vendors, comparing and analysis of cost, complete the initial selection, provide the offer presentation to internal line-review processes.

Work closely with supervisor/manager to identify, qualified the right suppliers at first time.

On-going problem-solving and management of suppliers.

To support sourcing supervisor/manager to negotiate and setup the product pricing with vendor ( payment & exclusivity negotiation if necessary) and update to the related depts.

Manage project time-lines and co-ordinate other depts. to deliver new products run smoothly.

Manage supplier implementation of new programs in alignment with customer expectations

Support development of sourcing strategies, policies and processes.

Be able to execute and implement others distributed by sourcing manager




Others:

CSR (customer service Rep)Working experience will be a plus

1.Sales order & inventory planning, and monthly purchase planning

2.VAT invoice management and payable & receivable management

3.Support order process and fulfillment for designated customer segments

4.Play a key role in payment collection and shipment control.

5.Work closely with sales team to attain customer satisfaction through high-quality CSR service.

6.Work with sales team as well as direct accounts in achieving high-quality sales and order forecast.

7.Be a key player in the order process fulfillment and improvement.

8.Support other business activities as required.




Job requirements;

· University degree with back grounding of trading or English

· Working experience of at least 1years in the field of sourcing or quality preferably in kitchen tools manufacturing and/or trading

· Experience with Plastic, Stainless Steel and Wood

· Familiar with relevant certificates or tests

· Familiar with ISO quality system

· Good written communication skills in English and Chinese

· Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)

· Experience in product qualification

· Ability to structure own work

· Communicative up / down

· Efficient in problem solving

· Skill to coordinate with other people

· Creativity and flexibility are required

· Diligent in self-study, strong initiative, optimistic, and hard-working
