岗位名称：材料切割工程师
1. 岗位概述
为火焰切割和等离子切割工序提供技术指导，控制切割参数、切割质量和生产效率。
2. 职责描述
？ 指导生产过程中的火焰切割和等离子切割作业，确保作业符合制订的参数规范；
？ 控制切割质量，分析生产过程中出现的切割质量问题、提出解决方案并跟踪实施；
？ 持续改进切割技术，如通过引进先进切割设备或优化切割参数等，不断提高切割质量；
？ 控制生产效率，在保证切割质量的基础上，提出不断提高生产效率的合理化建议；
？ 负责对新员工和技能不符合要求的员工的切割作业培训。培训范围包括数控设备、半自动设备和手工进行的火焰切割和等离子切割；
？ 督导公司的健康、安全和环境规范在准备工段的实施；

教育背景
？ 机械工程类本科或以上学历。
工作经历
？ 3年以上火焰切割和等离子切割作业经验及数控编程经验。
技能技巧
？ 具备熟练操作数控切割设备、半自动切割设备的能力；
