1. 岗位概述
为上海福伊特水电设备有限公司工厂内产品成品装配、涂漆和成品防护提供技术指导。
2. 职责描述
？ 根据工艺部编制的成品装配、涂漆和成品防护所需的材料清单和设备清单，提出采购申请；
？ 计划大件成品装配场地，如导水机构预装、卡普兰转轮预装等；
？ 根据产品图纸和技术方案对操作工人进行作业前技术交底；
？ 指导操作工人成品装配、涂漆和成品防护作业；
？ 控制成品装配、涂漆和成品防护质量；
？ 控制成品装配、涂漆和成品防护所需材料的质量；
？ 协调技术部门解决作业中出现的技术问题；
？ 提出持续改进成品装配、涂漆和成品防护质量的合理化建议；
？ 督导公司的健康、安全和环境（HSE）规范在成品工段的实施。
