1. 岗位概述
为上海福伊特水电设备有限公司工厂内起重作业提供技术指导。
2. 职责描述
？ 审核工艺部的起吊方案，包括吊运工装、翻身工装，吊耳的选型、焊接位置等；
？ 审核起重作业人员由起重机械安全监督管理部门颁发的上岗证和实际操作技能，如不符合要求，提出培训和考试申请；
？ 指导起重作业人员正确起重作业，包括挂钩、行车驾驶等；
？ 监督起重作业，对不符合安全规范的，立即提出整改要求，并跟踪实施；
？ 维护起重设备、吊索具台账并按照公司规范申请定期检验，对不符合要求或存在安全隐患的起重设备或吊索具提出维修或报废申请；
？ 请购厂内生产所需的吊索具，并会同HSE部门对吊索具进行验收；
？ 对公司安全规范的不断完善提出合理化建议。

教育背景
？ 工程力学类或机械工程类本科或以上学历。
工作经历
？ 3年以上起重作业相关经验。
技能技巧
？ 熟悉工程力学计算原理并具备实际计算能力；
？ 熟悉起重设备和吊索具的应用；

？ 具备良好的沟通能力；
