Marketing & Product Analytics

Primary Job Responsibilities
-This role will utilize business, problem solving and analysis skills to develop key scalable analytic frameworks and to deploy actionable insights and algorithms to optimize our site and promotions
-Support email marketing by providing customer segments and analysis, finalizing & delivering email list for marketing campaigns, and maintaining/automating standard email campaigns such as welcome email, up-sell and cross-sell promotion email and etc.
-Perform ad hoc analysis by translating business questions/problems and transform data into structured analyses and actionable insights
-Work closely with analytics team, product, marketing to drive insights and execution that produce better user experience and delighted game players
-Manage multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced, intense, results-oriented environment
-Effectively communicate results cross functional groups

Job Requirements
-True passion for understanding consumer's social gaming behavior and tolerance for ambiguity
-Punctual delivery of results, attentive to details, and high precision in work
-Experience on email marketing, online marketing, or product marketing
-Proven interpersonal, communication and presentation skills - must be able to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations and communicate these to a wide audience for daily operation, marketing and product development
-Ability to see the big picture, quickly evaluate the business impact of issues and prioritize among many competing asks
-Understands marketing, the importance of social technologies and online community relationships

Specific skills and experience
-Experience analyzing very large (web scale), complex, multi-dimensional data sets
-Highly proficient with SQL (Oracle, Teradata)
-Able to automate repetitive parts of data analysis or email marketing lists with ease
-Prefer Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science
-2 years experience, especially in the area of data analysis or email marketing
-Familiar with data mining and statistical analysis tools e.g. SAS, R (a plus, not required)
-Experience with Omniture or Google Analytics (a plus, not required)
