职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1. Establish and updated for new manufacture standard for ADF and normal production (once needed) including labor, energy, loss, line std. according to A&C timetable.
2. Calculate the LE&LP to decrease unnecessary changeover and update the std. in terms of actual production.
3. Add new product data in SAM in time, update when Nominal Speed is changed.
4. Check Floor Control Sheet to confirm data is right. Provide support to users.
5. Add new Master Recipe and bill of material in SAP in time, update when relevant data is changed.
6. Provide POR/BMOR/GPS/I-nexus/OPEX and other monthly reports for FM on time.
7. Collect and integrate BMOR data for FM review.
8. Update the factory CST data base, calculate monthly capacity utilization.
9. Give theupdated the std.for new products costing calculating.
10.Establish the tracking of savings generated through target setting, best practice, industrial restructuring, joint Purchasing/Technical efforts and harmonization of raw and packing materials.
11.Strictly comply to all internal and external Safety, Health and Environment regulations and / or requirements.
12.Lead factory 's continuous improvement activities, as CI/NCE, etc.
13.Provide proper training to all factory staff for general standards about IP/CI/NCE activity.
Qulifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Electrical Auto control or Industrial engineering.
2. Good Technical Knowledge
3. 2 years working experience on related industrial field
4. Fluent English and Mandatory in writing and oral
5. Familiar with Auto CAD, Excel, Word and Powerpoint / and other office software
6. Working experience in SAP/ERP system & project is preference
