职位描述
Job Description:
1.Implement product and process quality management activities to ensure product meet
company's quality requirements.;
2.Conduct product and process quality planning, preventative and corrective action to the whole product realization process;
3. Set the annual quality target and regular reporting the quality status.
4. Participate the product design review and manufacturing process review;
5.Organize analysising the non-conformity parts or products, find the root cause and solution to fix the problems;
6.Carry out process problem statistics and analysis, and drive improvement;
7, Handle complaint from customer or production side, find and implement the solution to fix the problem and prevent not happening again.
8. Lead the inspector team; arrange the jobs and manage the performance of each inspector.
Requirement:
1. Major in Mechanical or Engineer related, Bachelor Degree, more than six years
working experience;
2. Have experience of product quality management; know the mechanical machining,
spray painting, moulding and assembly processes quality control;
3.Have strong ability to find the problem, resolve the problem and prevent the problem
happened again;
4.Be familiar with ISO9001 & ISO14001 system, FMEA, Problem solving process and method, 8D method, customer complaints handling method;
5.Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese;
6.Be capable of using Microsoft office software (Excel, Word, etc.);
7,Good communication and Good teamwork spirit is must.
