Responsibility Briefing
主要职责：
1. Daily maintenance and troubleshooting for manufacturing and packaging lines / equipments;
2. Carry out routine preventive equipment maintenance plan;
3. 3Equipment set-up, testing & commissioning and parameters maintenance；
4. 4Contribute positive ideas or rational suggestions and implement equipment improvement to keep the running smoothly and minimize equipment down time;
5. Prepare & provide training to technicians and operators to ensure equipments or lines can be operated properly and safely;
6. Assist supervisor on spare parts control and budget;
7. Assist supervisor to develop / update / improve equipment preventive maintenance plan and maintenance procedure;
8. Assist equipment qualification and instrument calibration if needed;
9. Communication with superior whenever significant happening.
1．制药厂生产设备和包装设备的故障诊断和日常维护服务;
2．执行常规设备保养计划;
3．设备的安装、调试及运行参数的维护；
4．积极提出合理化建议,实施设备的改进工作，将停机时间降到最低水平；
5．培训维修/操作人员正确安全操作设备；
6．协助主管做好备品备件的管理；
7．协助主管制定、更新或改进设备预防维修计划及维护规程；
8．如有需要，协助设备验证及仪表校验;
9．与直接上级保持良好的沟通，及时反映工作中出现的重要问题.
Qualification Required
资质要求：
1. College degree above, major in mechanical or electrical engineering;
2. At least two years working experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and package lines / equipments;
3. Strong knowledge on automation and PLC and being familiar with mechanical engineering and automation packing engineering, TPM experience preferred;
4. Strong analytical and problem solving ability;
5. Good communication skill;
6. Good English and computer skill;
7. Good customer focus and teamwork coordination
Shift work;
8. High level of loyalty, integrity and positivity;
9. Being willing to share knowledge with team members;
10. Adaptability of shift work.
1. 大专以上学历，主修机械或电气工程或机电一体化；
2. 至少两年以上的制药生产设备/包装生产线设备维修工作经验；
3. 较强的自动化专业知识, 熟悉现代制药厂机械设备和自动化包装设备, 有TPM实践经验者优先考虑；
4. 较强的分析及解决问题的能力；
5. 较好的沟通技巧；
6. 较好的英文及计算机应用水平；
7. 良好的客户服务及团队合作意识；
8. 较高的积极性及企业忠诚度；
9. 乐意与团队成员分享知识；
10. 适应翻班.
