PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

Lab Consultant will be responsible for: Delivery and execution of lab workflow optimization project results (i.e., SOP management, workflow optimization, costing methodology , profitability etc.) through the lab consulting service to bMx customers. Leading teams and coaching Green Belts in their "day-to-day" improvement activities internally.

?Contribute to deliver consulting service to bMx customer, using lean, 6sigam methodology.
?Assisting in identifying and analyzing continuous improvement opportunities.
?Identifying and assisting in the removal of barriers to projects.
?Assisting in designing and implementing the consulting service project,( i.e., workflow optimization, cost reduction, process improvement etc.).
?Reporting project status and results.
?Becoming an expert in the use of Lean and Six Sigma tools, ensuring that the tools are used appropriately by team members.
?Supporting "Green Belts" and line management in their continuous improvement activities (i.e., training, presentations, etc.).
?Other tasks as defined in related company procedure, or assigned by the direct supervisor.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB

Experience & Personality:
?Certified Black Belt in "Lean Six Sigma" methodology with 2 years' experience(Lean manufacturing tools and techniques and Six Sigma methodology using DMAIC roadmap).
?Good interpersonal and communication skills.


Education & Knowledge:
?A bachelor's degree or higher in Science or engineering.
?A fair understanding of the project management based on PMI (PMBOK) is an added advantage.
?Good English skills in both spoken and written English.
