Job objectives

岗位目标

Provide professional management to monitor and provide support to business via different types of financial, business, and operational analysis.

通过各种不同类型的财务、业务及运作分析，为监督控制提供专业的管理和为业务提供支持。

Main responsibilities

主要工作职责

1.Assist in establishing and developing company internal control policies, coordinate the implementation of internal control procedures in accounting related activities.

协助建立、开发公司内部控制体系，协调会计事务内部控制流程的执行。

2.Assist in fixed asset management and inventory management including fixed assets account maintenance, assets physical stocktaking.

协助固定资产和存货管理，包括固定资产账户维护、存货盘点。

3.Production cost management, reports related to production, materials cost calculation, overhead group review, etc.

负责生产成本管理， 提供与生产、物料成本核算以及集团审核有关的报表。

4.Monitor profitability and cost efficiency of operations. Identify areas for continuous improvement for on-going business in accordance with its performance measurement.

监测公司盈利能力及成本效率。根据公司的业绩状况负责持续改善业务领域的拓展。

5.Analytical survey of cost per item and link with R&D for updating pricing method.

对每个项目进行成本分析调查，与R&D合作负责报价方法的更新。

6.Forecast accuracy and early warning capacity. Develop systems to improve forecast accuracy and risk management and present management reports coupled with evaluation and variance analysis.

具有预测的精确性和早期预警能力。开发有关体系以提高预测的准确性和风险管理、目前的管理报表以及相关评估和统计分析。

7.Provide consolidated management reporting to support management.

提供稳固的管理报告来支撑管理。

8.Investment plan follow-up, including new factory project.

负责投资计划的跟踪，包括新车间项目。

9.Keep effective communication with other departments to solve problem or provide professional advices.

与其他部门保持高效的沟通，解决问题或提供专业意见。

10.Other work assigned by superior.

Requirements

任职资格

1.Education: University degree in accounting or related discipline

教育程度：会计等相关专业本科或以上学历。

2.Working Experience: more than 8 year experience in controlling and cost accounting

工作经验：8年以上财务控制和成本会计经验。

3.Technical& Professional Knowledge: Fluent in Written & Spoken English and Mandarin, proficient in MS application, detail oriented, proactive, good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

技能&专业知识：英文、中文听说读写流利，精通MS的应用， 注重细节，工作积极主动，良好的分析能力，沟通协调及人际交往能力。

4.Willing to work independently

6.Fluent in SAP system.

精通SAP系统。
