职位描述：
1、负责销售业务的开拓，圆满完成公司下达的各项销售任务指标。
2、负责销售业务洽谈、产品销售、合同谈判、合同签订、合同管理及货款的回笼等相关工作。
3、负责销售客户关系的维护与管理。
4、负责销售信息的收集及管理工作。
5、负责商务宽带客户的前期开发，销售工作。

岗位要求：
对指定楼宇客户销售,完成相关（公司给予的业绩指标.）制定销售计划,做好市场调研,提出各种意见和市场反馈,每天向市场部负责人提交报表
＃每周一向总经汇报上一周的整个公司的销售业绩（以邮件+报表的方式）此项占KPI考核总分的2分
2：完成相关（公司给予的业绩指标.）或者公司指定的人头指标
＃每周一向总经汇报上一周的销售业绩（以邮件+报表的方式）此项占KPI考核总分的4分
处处维护公司形象并宣传公司的理念.
3：每天和自已下属开一次会议（不定时间）; 完成总经理临时交办的事情;处处维护公司形象并宣传公司的理念.
＃此项占KPI考核总分的2分
4：直接参与销售服务，维护“顾客第一”的观念;严格遵守公司的原则及销售概念.
