职位描述
Job Description
1. Manage and co-ordinate various client accounts, including handling customer orders, reviewing stock levels and also monitoring outstanding payments from customers.
2. Analyze inquires and make related offers and quotations.
3. Keep close relation with product development team when taking over new client accounts and also handling some small developments directly.
4. Communicate with European sales offices and/or direct with clients to ensure the smooth operation of accounts.
5. Make and collect after sales requests and guest comment.
6. Handle all the phone call as well as email.
7. Be capable of doing all the paper work properly.
8. Data update in the company's system.
9. Report to customer service Manager.
Job Requirements
1. Skilled in office software.
2. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Good personality with sense of responsibility, patience, carefulness and service.
4. Strong command of written and oral English.
5. Detailed oriented and organized.
Appreciated
1. Bachelor degree or higher in trading/apparel or related major
2. Relevant working experience is preferred.
3. Being familiar with ERP is preferred.
4. Male and Female applicants are equally welcome.
