基本要求：

具体职位要求如下：
Be responsible for database administration in a mission-critical environment. Support finance business service. Follow technical direction and dependably execute operational responsibilities. Deploy and manage mission critical databases.
Provide on-call database operational support on rotation basis. Develop scripts and other programs for system monitoring and maintenance. Deploy strategies for backups, migration of databases changes, and longer term system growth.
Identify and resolve more than 95% issues proactively with database monitoring tools. When on call, ensure the database has sufficient capacity to meet peak season forecasts , while maintaining consistent response time.
Participate in the internal project of the DBA Team or support other development teams. Work with software development team to identify the database requirements for application deployment.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1) Competencies: Skills, knowledge, & abilities
Functional Competencies:
-Direct experience with Oracle running on UNIX.
- Good knowledge of PL/SQL, and assisting developers with writing and tuning database code.
- Through understanding of backup and recovery process.
-Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment, and possess very good communications skills.
2) Experience:
-Over 1 years experience as Oracle DBA, including responsibility for databases in excess of 200GB in a 7 x 24 environment.
-good experience with different aspect of database tuning.
-shell scripting experience is a must.
-Unix System Administration experience is a plus.
3) Minimum educational level:
-BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
