工作职责：

The position acts as an Astrodyne sales manager, is responsible to maintain, develop and manage Astrodyne distributors and customers across EMEA;

该职位作为星因达公司的销售经理，主要负责维护、拓展和管理星因达公司在欧洲、非洲和亚洲地区的分销商和直接客户；

The position is responsible to work with manufacturing and R&D for a goal of total customer satisfaction in aspect of delivery and quality;

负责与生产和研发部良好合作以提升客户交期和产品质量反面的要求；

The position needs to create and work towards achieving the sales goals and objectives, these goals and objectives should be defined and measurable;

策划及推动所管理区域内的高绩效销售目标，该销售目标许可衡量和考核；

The position needs to update and create sales proposals;

能提供新的并切实可行的销售建议；

The position is responsible to communicate with EMEA distributors and direct customers on a daily basis to understand their needs and work with related department to fulfill customers' needs.

负责公司欧洲、非洲和亚洲地区的分销商和直接客户的日常沟通，理解对方的需求，并协同相关部门满足客户的各方面需求。

其它职责：

I handle incoming leads for EMEA customers. 负责公司在欧洲、非洲和亚洲地区的客户拓展；

I Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's products or services;维护公司产品和服务的详细信息；

I keeping abreast of what competitors are doing;对竞争者的行为保持敏锐的应变能力；

I Run inventory requests, customer complain and RMA handing, exhibition attendance and sales promotion etc.负责公司目标库存的达成、处理客户投诉和客户的RMA事项、安排公司参展事项和策划其它促进销售业绩的方案。

工作能力要求：

I BA/BS degree with international trading, sales/marketing or electronics engineering background, master degree preferred.

大学本科，国际贸易、市场营销或电子工程师专业背景，硕士学历优先考虑；

I with travel document available for conveniently travel around the EMEA region and also within mainland China.

具有有效的旅行证件可方便的在所负责区域内出差；

I6-8years sales experience with at least 2 years in industry electronics products field;

6-8年相关的销售经验，至少2年电子产品领域的销售管理经验；

I Understanding and experience of the internet, web searching, web ordering and posting;

熟悉并有互联网、网络搜寻、网络订购的网络销售的处理能力；

I Good skill for MS office software and fluent in English and Mandarin.

熟练运用办公软件，流利的中英文表达能力。
