职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Responsible for new product introduction, develop manufacturing process and process improvement in term of product quality, production efficiency.
2. Responsible for DFM review, prepare DFM report and feedback to RD team
3. Perpare and release PFMEA,Work instruction
4. Design product packaging material
5. Develop new fixture and equipment, existing equipment upgrade
6. PCB panelization proposal
7. Process failure analysis and follow up corrective action.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree (Major in Electronic) or above and at least 3 years Electronics manufacturing industry is request;
2. Experience of Switching Power Supply is preferred;
3. Good communication, team work spirit;
4. Familiar with PCBA products / BOM generation / Gerber files / Fixtures development
5. SMT, Wave and BOX build process experience;
6. Familiar with AutoCAD and CAM skill;
7. Strong both in Process, SPC and DOE related engineering. Good failure analysis in PCBA.Six Sigma skill
8. Familiar with ISO9001. ROHS
9.Good spoken English,CET-4 or above;
