· Confirm and improve through User Testing and Analytics
· Personally guarantee the quality of the system

Qualification：
· Be curious, like to ask questions, enjoy learning
· UI and UX design experience from concept to successful implementation.
· Spec writing experience
· Strong art foundation and design ability
· User focused design knowledge
· More than 2 years web design working experience
· Thorough understanding of project process
· Familiar with HTML, DIV+CSS.
