Responsibility:
- Represent Autoliv" hot line" in resolution of quality issues for all Autoliv products.
- Develop supplier/customer relationship related to quality rating
- Interface with all concerned Autoliv plants on customer quality issues for timely resolutions
- Coordinate the disposition and return of all defective products
- Coordinate on-site sorting activities and any rework activity
- Support the launches of new products at the customer locations
- Review product at warranty centers and customer plants to provide data and information for quality reports
- Quick response of customer quality issue
- 6 sigma application on the COP (Confirm Of Product Test)
- Close customer 8D report on time
- Follow up OPI5 and ensure to achieve the target
- Manage internal AS412 and continue to improve efficiency
- Work with SQ/PQ for problem solving
- Manage all customer PPAP
- Manage all customer audit with team
- Continuous improvement

Requirement:
- 3-5 years experience in quality related field and Statistical background in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to achieve objectives with little direct support.
- Must be used to work with international team
- Experiences of measurement SPC, PFMEA and MSA etc.
- Good Experiences of PPAP, and customer complaint and corrective actions procedure.
- Knowledge and mastery of APDS&APS (APQP and production system)
- Ability to achieve objectives with little direct support.
- Knowledge of 8D and other quality control tool, such as DPMU, PPM etc.
- Specialist of Automotive Airbag products is plus.
- 6 Sigma knowledge and application on the production.
- Good coordination ability with global team, high spirit of teamwork,
- Positive mind and in time work behavior.
- Team leader skill
