1、 具有有大、中型shopping mall或小商品市场或大型超市5-10年运营理岗位工作经验；

2、 同时具有大型商场物业管理经验；

3、熟悉商贸城内部商品规划设计和布局；

4、熟悉行业动态和发展趋势。
