Job Description:
Lead the in vitro drug metabolism and bioanalytical functions and manage and mentor a group of scientists and research associates
Manage daily DMPK activities
Prepare protocols and SOPs
Develop and perform in vitro metabolism experiments.
Develop/validate and sample analysis using LC-MS/MS techniques.
Maintain and operate API4000 LC-MS/MS instruments and other analytical equipment.
Ensure adherence to protocols and SOPs.
Maintain research records and lab notebooks in a concise, legible, and complete manner.

Requirements:
Ph. D. in DMPK science, Biochemistry, or other related disciplines.
Academic or industrial hands-on experience in bioanalytical method evelopment/validation and sample analysis using LC-MS/MS techniques (at least one year experience).
Extensive experience with a variety of sample preparation techniques and methods such as LLE, protein precipitation and SPE.
Familiar with in vitro drug metabolism and drug-drug interactions.
Experience in enzyme/cell assay and plasma protein binding is desirable, or animal handling is a plus.
Energetic and eager to learn.
Good verbal and written communication in Chinese and English.
Creativity & Innovation as well as the ability to be a team player.
