Main Purpose
Supervision and Management of field Service team
Summary
· To successfully manage a team of F.S. / Project Engineers tasked to carry out all Projects undertaken by the company sales team.
· To lead the team to handle all day to day coordination & communication with customer, sales, Customer Service, Finance, Logistic, Maintenance and etc depts.
· To ensure proper internal control processes are in place and most importantly all projects are carried in the highest possible professional standards and workmanship set forth by the industry.
Requirements/Objectives
· Lead his team to coordinate with Sales and Customers on the requirements and KPIs of each projects + ensuring all projects meet deadline and budget. Such communication must be in progress thru out the entire length of the project and any variation orders must be properly documented and communicated to the relevant parties.
· To lead the streamlining / re-organization process of the entire Field Service Team; to have a F.S. team that possess the right skills and have the best professional workmanship and standards.
· Lead his team to ensure proper coordination with the relevant depts. (CS, Purchasing, Logistic & etc) and all documentation + internal control process are in place and functioning effectively.
· Handing over all completed Projects to maintenance dept for follow up actions, after-sales service and tracking
· Provision of regular training to all Field Service Personnel, making sure they are kept up to date on the latest Product Knowledge (Supported by Technical Support Team), Technical skills and industry standards.
· Provide regular Open Projects and their status Reports to management and relevant parties
Education/Experience
· 2 - 3 year Management experience in project or field service discipline
· Degree in any MEEE discipline
Specific Experiences
· one~ two yrs prior working experience as a Field Service Engineer / Technician
· Strong communication and coordination skills
· Ability to successfully operate at several levels within an organization and at varied cultural, social settings.
· Strong oral and written communication skills plus ability to make effective and persuasive group presentations.
· Ability to communicate effectively (both written and oral) in English & Mandarin is a must
· Mature judgment to identify and analyze problems on a daily basis and implement solutions.
· Strong proficiency in computer software applications such as Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
· Highly organized with a multi-tasks orientation.
· Travel required throughout Greater China.
