职位描述

PURPOSE

According to company total reward strategy and industry trends, plan and organize activities relevant to compensation, maintain compensation framework to support business development needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.    According to company compensation strategy, draft and design the compensation system, take the responsibility of carrying out daily maintenance of the compensation framework to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

2.    Manage job grading, timely update information and materials in regard to the company’s internal job system.

3.    In combination with company C&B policy, complete annual merit increase activity, provide salary proposal for internal promotion and progression.

4.    Cooperate with external consulting firms in annual compensation survey, consolidate and submit salary data within deadline.

5.    Based on market information and trend as well as actual company situation, provide compensation data analysis and reports to support related departments and management in decision-making.

6.    Cooperate with supervisor and team members to complete C&B related projects. Provide suggestions on related policy modification and SOP optimization.

QUALIFICATIONS

Level of Education       Bachelor degree or above, HR management major is preferred.

Working Experience in Relevant Field 7+ years of related experiences on C&B and data analysis.

Professional Knowledge and Skills    Skilled in using computer office software and data processing by Excel.

Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Strong data analysis skills and ensure data accuracy and timeline.
