Production Manager Needed

1. Production Manager needed to oversee and troubleshoot orders for a LA based clothing manufacturer.
2. Based in Shanghai, but will need to spend time in the US for training.
3. Needs to work closely with the head office as well as with factories to make sure orders are executed in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Must be able to set up and integrate systems to conduct seamless communication between the two parties. Act as a liason to make sure any issues are shared and solved.
5. Must be able to speak English and Chinese (Mandarin) fluently.
6. Must understand the American mentality of doing business, but have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to communicate what the company needs to the Chinese factories so that they can accept, understand and execute.
7.Train factories to implement systems of their own.
8. Must be smart, a quick thinker and a problem solver.

This is a management level position.
