Responsibilities:

• Assure Swisslog brand standing and market perception by maintaining Swisslog standard (corporate and industrial guide) in all projects execution

• Oversee, align and execute layout designs for promotional materials, factsheets, webpages according to Swisslog Corporate Design; including proofreading and copy-rewriting.

• Align content messaging, sales presentations, social media management for China business development with collaboration with Sales, Solutions and TC Asia.

• Lead and seek out launching activities, seminars and tradeshows in support of business development with support from Sales and Solutions.

• Bridge between Sales and Solutions to understand market dynamics, trends and competition movement; including liaison with Professional Associations to better understand market trends.

• Liaising with third party vendors for translation projects, seminars and tradeshows

• Professional Association promotion

• Co-ordinate with 4A companies for catalogue, video, selling points design

Requirements:

Essential

• Minimum Bachelor of Business

• At least 3 years of relevant experience as marketing executive in MNC

• Communicates clearly in both Chinese and English

• Management support experience

• Administration and expatriate management experience

• Pleasant personality

Desirable

• Prior working experience in international environment supporting top executive.

• Prior working in health care industries

• Prior working experience with 4A companies (Shanghai)

• Strong awareness of profits and sense of responsibilities.
