• Have awareness of local relevant quality system.

• Search, study and propose new development possibilities to improve manufacturing processes and methods

• Coordinate production and manufacturing processes and methods corresponding to strategic and operative targets set to SHA production

• Production development related needs collecting, includes specification, solution and proposal, cost estimating, time schedule, payback analysis;

• Machining process improvement for heavy machines

• Lead production development projects authorized to him/her

• Report operative situation and progress of development studies and projects led by him/her

                      

• B.Sc or M.Sc Mechanical engineering or equal

• Project engineering experience and capability

• Good experience of production method and tooling development in mechanical industry

• Knowledge of machine & machining process on heavy machines, such as heavy turning machine, vertical lathe, boring & milling machine

• Experience of heavy NC machine purchase, setup, overhauling

• Good knowledge of machining-tooling, welding and assembly techniques

• Good skill of presentation

• Development oriented

• Systematic and cooperative working way

• English (verbal and written) language skills

• Good understanding about ISO9000, ISO14000&OHSA18000

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Project

• Experience and knowledge of paper machinery is preferred

                          Experience of team management is preferred
