职位信息

1、负责品牌天猫官方旗舰店的日常运营和管理，带领TP团队完成销售目标；

2、负责品牌市场定位，品牌运营方向选择、产品选择、店铺政策制定、店铺流量规划、店铺架构规划、店铺营销计划拟定、店铺运营指标达成；

3、负责制定店铺月度、季度及全年的销售目标，策划执、行各个时间阶段的店铺活动；

4、负责安排和协调设计、客服、仓库等支持部门的相关事宜；

5、负责协调与内部各运营部门合作，尽可能的减少公司运营成本，提高效益。

6、负责和平台负责小二沟通，争取更多平台资源，推进品牌销售目标的达成。

任职资格：

1、2年以上天猫明星店铺运营管理经验，有美妆和个护类目大型店铺运营经验者优先。

2、精通天猫运营推广，精通天猫店铺运营流程及平台活动、广告资源；

3、精通客户服务以及维护相关经验；

4、优秀的逻辑思维能力、学历能力，主观能动性和责任心强；

5、较强的沟通协调能力，工作规范，条理清晰，有合作精神和责任心，并具备出色的团队管理能力。
