岗位要求：

Degree in the related major of university or college.

计算机相关专业大专或本科学历

Fresh acceptable, 2 years or plus experiences in IT Support area preferable

接受应届生，2年或以上IT技术支持工作经验者优先

Experience in IT infrastructure area

IT基础架构相关经验

Good knowledge of customer service

客户服务理念

Good written and spoken English

英语读写能力，口语可交流者优先

Well-known user requirement, skills and good team work.

充分理解用户需求，并有良好的团队合作能力

Good communication skills and patience
