Be the quality focal point for the supplier activities directed toward process control and quality assurance of sourcing products, work with supplier to establish a structured approach for consistency and adherence to quality procedures and requirements.

?develop new suppliers cooperated with sourcing team

?Development of suppliers quality system, management of corrective actions and quality performance

?Conduct the regular audit for existing suppliers according to annual audit plan;

?Follow up improvement action and performance of audited new suppliers and regular audit.

?Daily managing the suppliers;

?Complain the supplier if the failure found at incoming, assembly process and final customer;

?Follow HVE’s 8D rule to get the complaint feedback and action evaluation;

?Approve and release the supplier’s APQP;

?Manage all the changes from supplier after project SOP;

?Conduct the escalation process if problem re-occurred or problem can’t be solved;

?Visit supplier to check CP and site management and follow up the action plan;

?Manage the MRB area of incoming inspection.

?Compile the incoming WI and internal supplier procedures

Requirements:

? Bachelor Degree or above; Major in Electronic will be preferred
? 5+ years working experience in supplier quality field, familiar with statistical quality control tools, such as FMEA, SPC etc and QA manufacturing understanding.
? TS16949 or VDA auditor certified or trained is preferred.
? Experience in electronic is plus （SMT process，ECU assembly, motor assembly,Sensor,ultra-capacitor,wire-harness）
? Passion for excellence with high integrity, commitment to quality, fluent in oral and written in English and Mandarin
? Strong communication effectiveness to suppliers and cross-function
? Self-discipline, self-starter, ability to work in cross-functional & global team environment.
? Willing to business trip
