Responsibilities: The Creative Services Manager is an exceptionally organized and creative thinker with a background in managing the production of highly engaging graphic and digital design elements within the B2B and B2C tech segment. Located in Shanghai, China, you will work with our regional APAC marketing managers and creative agencies to support in-region production of product marketing materials, sales collateral, point of sales content, tradeshow materials, and other design needs. You will be accountable for ensuring the brand identity and voice are localized effectively in APAC regions, particularly China, Japan, and Korea. You will help define and build guidelines for partners and customers to use that are locally relevant, while ensuring the integrity of our brand identity and voice remain intact. You will also conceptualize and oversee the creation of high-quality content by agencies, producers, and subject matter experts (SMEs). Reporting to the Creative Director, you will:
Strengthen, support, and promote our global brand identity and voice throughout APAC regions
Work with Creative Director and creative teams in other regions to evolve and adhere to a global brand guide for global brand consistency, while determining how to localize content for effectiveness in your region
Work the regional agencies and marketing managers to conceptualize and produce marketing and sales collateral, including e-tail product pages, flyers, brochures, banners, social posts, videos, and event items
Produce templates for other groups to leverage as needed to enable and promote quick-turn local production when needed
Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide insights, suggest new concepts, review metrics, and enable project briefs
Prioritize workload, production, and output of the regional production team by outlining project objectives, business needs, production schedules, and budget considerations
Work with the DAM librarian to upload, tag, and maintain all media files within the digital asset manager tool
Required:
5+ years’ experience in Creative Management for an in-house brand or agency
A portfolio showcasing a wide-range of design work in digital media, print media, in-store signage, and email
Experience working collaboratively with designers, marketing business owners, subject matter experts, and video/photo producers
Strong understanding of the marketing mix and communication vehicles within the APAC region
Desire to help evolve a brand in a changing customer landscape
Understanding of technology and hardware preferred
Attention to detail, organized, self-motivated, and able to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with stakeholders across different departments, regions, and job roles
Bachelor's degree or portfolio school desired.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications is essential
Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (CMS) is preferred
Strong analytical and project management skills
