POSITION TITLE: QA Manager, China Operations

BASIC PURPOSE: Oversee the complex technical and compliance issues in Quality and coordinate quality management systems activities for NSF.

基本内容： 监督质量的复杂技术和一致性问题，并协调NSF的质量管理系统活动。

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

主要职责：

1. Collaborate with Managing Director to ensure timely, cost effective, execution of Quality objectives.

与总经理合作，确保及时、有效地执行质量目标。

2. Provide operational and technical guidance to director, Quality staff, programs and clients on issues of standards, program policies, including interpretation, compliance, legal matters, and customer complaints, as assigned.

为质量人员、项目和客户提供有关标准、程序政策、包括解释、合规、法律事务和客户投诉等问题的操作和技术指导。

3. Manage product certification specialist staff and oversee investigations and enforcement as necessary to bring successful resolution to issues of non-compliance.

管理产品认证专家，并监督调查和执行，以成功解决不合规问题。

4. Assist the Managing Director with the development and implementation of annual operating plans and budget for Quality & Compliance

协助总监制定和实施年度运营计划和质量与合规预算。

5. In conjunction with other NSF regulatory outreach initiatives, provide support to regulatory agencies with regard to NSF programs and activities to create a positive working relationship between NSF and regulatory agencies.

与其他NSF的监管扩展计划相结合，向监管机构提供对NSF项目和活动的支持，以在NSF和监管机构之间建立积极的工作关系。

6. Manage and facilitate accreditation and regulatory audits.

管理和促进认证和监管审计。

7. Evaluate and report on operational metrics relative to the performance of the department as well as compliance health of business units.

8. Perform other duties as requested.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

任职要求：

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Quality or Science.

商业，质量管理或科学技术相关专业本科以上学历。

2. At least 5 years quality management experience in certification authority.

5年以上认证机构质量管理经验。

3. Familiar with the accreditation requirements of the American standards institute (ANSI);

熟悉美国标准学会（ANSI）等认可要求。

4. Familiar with ISO 17065 and 17025, requirements and implementation for CMA procedures;

熟悉ISO 17065和17025，CMA认可等程序要求和实施。

5. Demonstrated effective skills in leadership, communications, and teamwork building.

在领导、沟通和团队合作方面有出色表现。

6. Good communication skills.

良好的沟通技能。

7. Good English capability for both Oral and Written
