Identify automation requirements to meet project and client expectations.

Build relationships and trust with client/partner's counterpart and understand project automation strategies and practicesS3D Administrative:

- Project set up and configuration

- Creating Sytem, Space, WBS and Drawing Hierarchy

- Configure S3D Clash Detection Process

- Creating project specific Surface Style Rules

- Performing regular database integrity checks - Set up S3D daily backup process

- Creating Smart Plant Review session per Project requirements

- Manage and load ALL S3D catalog revisions

- Executing partial restore of plant and catalog data

- Familiar with all S3D tasks - Provide overall S3D direction and coordination

- Update designers on latest procedures and practices related to S3D through project bulletins, meetings, etc...

- Workshare environment set up and configuration

Technical support on AutoCAD

Identify any software or technology licensing issues

Ensure that coordination and support are provided for communications to remote job sites and project offices, as well as client, contractors and partners

Supervise the process that oversees the access and control over electronic project data including project data repositories, Web sites and project file servers

Provide training to Engineering end users.

Job Requirements:

S3D administration experience:

- Minimum 3 years related experience

- Extensive working knowledge with S3D.

Experience with AutoCAD application

Experience with Databases systems such as SQL, Oracle and MS Access

Experience with industry development tools, such as VB

Strong computer background (working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office)

Good team playerInnovation and self-learning, Able to work under pressure

Good English skill in speaking, reading, & writing

Good communication and presentation skill

Willing to travel
