Job Description:

Industry survey, assist line manager to collect the market information;

Search qualified candidates from different channels, conduct phone screening of candidates;

Contact candidates for interview arrangements and follow up the whole process;

Offer negotiation and documentation;

Other duties assigned by line manager.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above, conversational English, prefer having the related hiring experience;

A self-driven and highly motivated team player, mature and results-driven with logical thinking;

Able to work under pressure.
