Position: Technical Support Engineer

Job Description:

1. Wireless network site survey, configuration, tuning, fault diagnosis and resolving.

2. Various brands of wireless terminals (RF,VMT,etc.) and barcode printer installation, debugging, configuration, fault diagnosis and resolving.

3. Wireless RFID tags (Aeroscout, etc.) debugging, configuration, fault diagnosis and resolving.

4. Onsite technical support.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, preferably majoring in computer or related

2. 2 years working experience on wireless RFID project

3. Good English on written, prefer good at oral English

4. Good team player
