RESPONSIBILITIES
- manage personal expenses report for expatriates (flight budget, school fees, taxis)
- manage personal expenses of Foreign local contracts (flight budget, accommodation budget)
- manage re-invoicing of VIE salaries
- coordinate HR action within the HR team and with the top management of the company
- renewal of health insurance policy, accidental death and CFE contribution (yearly or quarterly)
- BSI yearly reporting of the company (and Asian affiliates) in March 2013
- communications projects with Agora Int'l and Agora Chine
- support HR Manager Zhou Ying in her presentation about the management of foreigners in the company

REQUIREMENTS
- French people or Chinese people
- College degree or above
- Service-oriented, good command in communication & team-work spirit
- High sense of responsibility, hard -working, positive, flexible & open-minded
- Good attention on details & efficient capability to handle & solve problems or difficulties
- Fluent French both in spoken & written, English speaking is a plus
- Familiar with MS office operations, such as Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint, etc
