Responsibilities:
1. Drive supplier quality improvement via supplier Process Control, MBF and related tools.
2. Ensure production line to use correct and good quality parts by all kinds of means.
3. Keep monitoring incoming parts quality and coordinate with Supplier Quality team to ensure supplier to
maintain stable process to support KEPS production quality requirements.
4. Setup parts/info feedback process through production line to suppliers
5. Involve into Parts Qualification(including sourcing change) and setup necessary process to qualify parts
in NPI phase.
6. Coordinate with other departments to perform corrupt parts returning, reworking and etc.
At the same time, following up all CAR to suppliers
7. Periodic Assessment for Supplier Performance to meet Target Goal.
8. Prepare Parts Quality Plan based on Product Requirements.
9. ISO & HSE follow up.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree major in Mechanical or Mech-Elec Engineering.
2. At least 2 years experience in similar position and have supplier working experience.
3. Fluent English and Chinese Communications skills
4. Microsoft Excel Skills and other office software. Solidworks is a plus.
5. Good team work and passion in work, be aggressive, integrity and big picture viewpoint
