Job Responsibilities:

• Robust expense analysis and controls
• Delivery and track execution of Country’s budget and key priorities, leverage on analytics focusing on growth drivers, cost discipline, investment management, and risk-returns to bring forth transparency, forward looking predictive analysis, and actionable outcomes
• Support team head to drive an effective budgeting and forecasting exercise
• Support team head to drive initiatives including digitization, reduction of manual processes, with an aim to create an efficient and joyful workplace
• Board paper and other business review decks
• Any other adhoc tasks assigned related MIS reporting and analysis
• Any other projects related to MIS and SUC

Job Requirements:

• Good communication and analytical skills
• Independent, self-initiated, and able to work with team/support team head to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines
• Good business sense, risk awareness, and control mindset
• Deep collaboration and teamwork with other functions
• 10 years relevant experience in banking industry with exposure to MIS
