1.进行智慧园区行业调研及竞品分析，负责市场分析、客户研究、市场调研并输出调研报告及竞品分析报告；

2.负责智慧园区内某个针对性的业务场景，挖掘并梳理行业痛点及需求，围绕行业发展趋势，设计该场景中各干系方参与下的智慧化的业务架构及产品方案，输出产品流程设计文档、产品原型以及产品详细设计文档；

3.围绕智慧园区产品总体蓝图，根据各自子产品目标，规划产品功能，设计产品业务流程、内部逻辑并具备对现有流程优化改进的能力；

4.对接业务、解决方案、前端、研发、测试等团队，跨部门沟通协调以确保产品设计、研发、上线工作的平稳顺利运行，按照规划进度，保证产品顺利上线；

5.负责产品的迭代更新工作，收集用户意见，对产品业务逻辑修改、改善用户体验、优化操作流程，制定产品迭代更新计划；

6.对接运营团队需求，提供产品运营数据监控、统计和分析工具的设计，对推动工具研发工作，辅助产品运营推广计划的设施；

7.对物联网、移动互联网、大数据等相关技术有基本了解，有意愿投身于产业信息化、智慧化升级大潮中，并通过巧妙的产品设计参与甚至推动这一进程；

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上解决方案类产品经理岗位；

2、熟悉智慧园区项目方案设计和建设的经历，了解智慧园区规划与顶层设计、智慧园区解决方案组成及建设模式，牵头承担过（如产业园区、科技园区、教育园区、政府省级及以上园区等）之一的重大项目咨询；

3、较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力，有较为成功的智慧园区解决方案案例；

4、熟悉产品设计与管理理论、手段、方法和工具，熟练操作使用XMind//Axure RP/Visio/office/PPT等相关业务及基础软件；

5、具备很强的沟通能力，善于与各层面的人员进行沟通，善于挖掘客户的本质需求，具有一定的商业敏感性；

6、有良好的个人品质和职业道德，具有良好的自我驱动能力，有较强的逻辑能力，能够适应高压环境并能够较为迅速的输出工作成果。

7、有数据驱动的系统思维、互联网公司工作经验更佳；
