BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB / 设立该职务的基本目的

- To assist purchasing assistant manager in responsible areas;

- To communicate with other departments and Central purchasing team efficiently and autonomously;

- To monitor localization projects and cost saving projects under supervision of purchasing supervisor / assistant manager;

- To manage and maintain the healthy relationship with corresponding suppliers;

KEY COMPETENCIES FOR THE POSITION

- Fresh graduates from Top Level University & with solid super degree education background;

- Or 1-2 years in purchasing function in related areas, cosmetics area is preferred;

- Good communication skill and efficient team work playing is essential;

- Motivated, Hard-working, able to work under high pressure;

- Dedicated, rigorous, tenacious, honest, open-minded, proactive, painstaking;

- Fluent in English in oral and writing;

- Project management – under the supervision of purchasing assistant manager;

- Supplier management – under the supervision of purchasing assistant manager – to provide good performance as OTIF, QC, …

- Smooth & Efficient communication with Pudong pack/dev team;

- Smooth & Efficient communication with Central purchasing team;

- Smooth & Efficient communication with Pudong factory team (procurement / QC / Imp&Exp / warehouse / finance …)
